By using LaunchKit.ink ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

LaunchKit.ink generates AI-assisted Amazon launch kit content for self-published fiction authors. The Service is provided on an as-is basis.

3. Pricing and Refunds

Per-book purchases: $19. Refundable within 7 days of purchase. Pro Monthly: $29/mo. Refundable within 14 days of first purchase. Studio Annual: $249/yr. Pro-rated refund within 14 days.

4. Use of Output

Output generated by the Service is your content; you are the author of record. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Amazon KDP's Content Guidelines.

5. AI and Privacy

We use OpenRouter to call LLM providers (DeepSeek, Google Gemini). No-train flags are passed. Synopses are deleted from our logs after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Liability

We provide no warranty that any output will achieve any sales, ranking, or other commercial result. We are not affiliated with Amazon, KDP, or Publisher Rocket.
